Account data (name, email, company), billing data for orders, license and usage metadata of issued license keys, and contact messages you send us.

3. Purposes & legal bases

We process account and order data to fulfil contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet legal obligations such as tax retention duties (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Newsletter consent is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and can be revoked at any time.

4. AI translation processing

If you use our AI Translate plugin, translation requests can be routed through EU-hosted model endpoints under a data-processing agreement. No product content is stored by us beyond the license metadata.

5. Retention

Account data is kept as long as your account exists; invoicing data for the legally required periods (typically 10 years); contact messages for 12 months.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Contact [email protected] to exercise them.

7. Hosting

This store is hosted on servers within the European Union. No data is transferred to third countries without an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.
